Preventative Maintenance

Quarterly, semi-annually or annually (Per Customer requirements)

DBJ Automation has a Preventative Maintenance Program that customers can sign up for to receive maintenance on a contracted period that suits their business and machine(s).

1st Visit and Inspection

Machines will be inspected using a standard detailed 50 point inspection sheet. Anything specific to your machines will be added to the reports. Any repairs that can be made on this visit will be performed.

After the inspection, a list of replacement parts and/or repairs will be provided as well as a priority for that part or repair. 

Example: Replace now, near future, next inspection etc... Also an overall determination as to whether the machine is safe to continue to run.

(2-4 hours per machine plus round trip travel time)

2nd Visit/ Parts Installation and Repairs (If Required)

Upon receipt of a Purchase Order and receipt of all required parts, the repairs will be completed and parts will be installed and tested. A copy of the service reports will be provided. 

(Actual labor hours plus round trip travel time plus parts and freight) 

Any required overnight stay will have an overnight fee per employee.
